| This is a one of a kind, hand made, Miriam Marta original. The center plate of the necklace is set with Diamonds on one side and Rubies on the reverese creating the ultimate two in one design. Only the finest Russian cut Diamonds were hand picked for this museum quality suite. The necklace contains 6.77 carats of Diamonds and 2.12 carats of Rubies.
